Description:	Assist in the direction the Intercollegiate men’s basketball program; assist in the administration of a competitive program; Organize, supervise, and maintain a schedule of practices and contests.  Maintain the integrity of the athletic program through knowledge and application of NAIA rules and regulations; Demonstrate a working knowledge of NAIA rules; Inform and educate student-athletes of all appropriate NAIA eligibility rules. Recruit qualified student athletes and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned. The assistant men’s basketball coach will perform job duties in accordance with Columbia College’s vision, mission and values, and contributes to the development of the Athletics Department.
