Description:

Responsibilities
-Assist with day to day operations and logistics.
-Responsible for coordinating and training staff for specific events
-Provide Customer service via telephone and email to Hoop Group customers.
-Assist Hoop Group Directors in the recruitment of Teams for Spring and Summer events
-Responsible for the management and upkeep of Hoop Group database.
-Assist in the marketing and development of Hoop Group Team Events; including Hoop Group Jam Fests.
-Assist in the execution and management of all events

Required Skills
-Organization and attention to details
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability and desire to work in a fast paced environment and learn on the fly
-Passion in sports and/ or event planning and management
-Ability to anticipate needs and be proactive.
-Computer proficient.
