Here are three phenomenal report templates created within the FastBreak Scouting Report sections. These reports have proven to be the most versatile and functional, as requested by current coaches. We have developed these reports into templates and they are pre-loaded into each FastBreak PlayBook account.
All reports are fully flexible and can be customized for each report or template. Here are a few things you can customize:
- Add the Opponent Logo, Record, and Game date.
- Team Colors
- Add Plays From Your Playbook or New Plays
- Create Custom Tables
- Duplicate Reports
- Import Player Roster
- Can Be View Via FastBreak Player App
- Add Video (Player App Only)
In-Game Report Sheet
Our In-Game Stats sheets enable you or an assistant to monitor essential details. For instance, they help you keep track of remaining timeouts and player fouls to manage rotations effectively. Most importantly, they allow you to note new sets your opponent runs, helping you stay on top of real-time adjustments.
Coaches “Play Call” Report Sheet
This coach’s play call sheet is essential for staying organized and tracking your plays. Keep it simple for quick reference during the game. We recommend noting the top three sets you believe will be most effective against each opponent, as these will vary from team to team. Additionally, this sheet is a great way to review which sets worked and which didn’t against specific opponents.
Halftime Adjustment / Assessment Report Sheet
Of all three sheets, this might be the most valuable. Whether things are going well or not, it provides a great way to deliver a halftime assessment and make adjustments for your staff and players.
These categories are related to the previous “In-Game Sheet” and “Play Call Sheet”, allowing you to quickly identify and address issues.
This enables you to spend more time discussing new gameplay strategies rather than diagnosing problems.
Create Custom Reports
Within the FastBreak PlayBook, you have the complete ability to create custom reports tailored to your program and coaching style. If you find these useful, feel free to replicate them and add your content to align with your unique approach to playing and coaching.
