QUALIFICATIONS: Experience as a player and coach preferably at the college level.  Knowledge of Title IX and NJCAA regulations.  Interpersonal and public relations skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of people at all levels within the institution and externally. Ability to write and speak effectively, representing MAC athletics positively. Effective organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include supporting the MAC Men’s Basketball Head Coach. Part-time position is responsible for recruiting athletes, supporting the academic success of student athletes, conducting student housing checks, overseeing student assistants, assisting the head coach in planning and scheduling, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities may require working a flexible schedule to engage in practice and game times.

SALARY: Coaching stipend, college housing, some tuition waivers available.
