| Description: | Mineral Area College seeks a candidate to assist the Head Coach of the Mineral Area Men’s Basketball program. This includes assisting in on-floor coaching, scouting and game prep, recruiting, player development, academic monitoring, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: Baccalaureate Degree. Prior college coaching, playing or managerial experience required. Previous experience with Synergy and Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator preferred. Job Duties: Assist in the execution of practice and game plans, including pre-and post-season strength and conditioning programs. Skill development. Scouting and game preparation, including video and statistical reviews. The recruitment of potential student-athletes. Academic monitoring of student-athletes. Administrative duties, including but not limited to team travel and scheduling, Perform other duties as assigned. |
