Supervise the men’s basketball program. Recruit, retain and lead student athletes to degree completion. Schedule practice, competition and travel. Fundraise. Manage budget. Maintain compliance with NJCAA regulations. Inspire athletic and academic success. Oversee athletes on the court, in the community, in the classroom and in student housing. Promote the program in the community.Instruct and evaluate students in college courses with a teaching load of 9 hours each Fall and each Spring semester, or be qualified for the equivalent amount of time in a Professional Staff position. Serve on college committees; participate in college governance; participate in program development; other duties as assigned.
