Wayne State College (NE), an NCAA Division II institution competing in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC), is conducting a search for the position of Head Men’s Basketball Coach. The Head Men’s Basketball Coach is responsible for planning and administering all aspects of the Men’s Basketball program in accordance with the rules and regulation of NCAA Division II, Wayne State College and the Nebraska State College system. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Minimum of four years of intercollegiate men’s basketball coaching experience Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills Demonstrated strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree Thorough knowledge of NCAA Division II rules and regulations Demonstrated ability to raise funds with alumni and service community area Demonstrated ability to successfully operate an intercollegiate men’s basketball program within scholarship and operational budget parameters
