This full-time position will maintain a positive residential and campus experience for students by working with students, staff, and resident assistants to plan hall and campus programs and activities that support personal, academic, and spiritual development and assisting head men’s basketball coach with recruiting, scouting, film exchange, as well as day to day basketball operations, preparing and conducting practices, off season workouts, coaching the JV team, and some administrative duties within the athletics department.

A Bachelor’s degree is required along with a minimum of one year experience supervising students in a residence hall (preferred) and will have had playing and/or coaching experience at the collegiate level and should have an understanding of college athletics, an inherent ability to build relationships, a passion for the game of basketball, and maintain high moral values. The applicant must have the ability to have a flexible schedule to accommodate early morning, late evening and weekend activities and on-call duty rotation. On-campus housing is required and provided.
