I have heard from a great source that College of Southern Idaho assistant coach Chris McMillian will be hired as the Director of Player Performance at the University of Illinois at Chicago.  McMillian is a former Wyoming standout who played for current UIC head coach Steve McClain while with the Cowboys.  Before joining the CSI staff last season, McMillan served as the Director of Basketball Operations at Hawaii.  It sounds like this will be made official shortly.
