Established in 2010 as a grassroots company and the only organization for such an audience, we aim to facilitate the learning, growth, and networking opportunities within the coaching profession by providing a platform via our Annual Conference, Final Four Social, and Social Networks. Rising Coaches Elite (RCE) essentially is a grassroots organization for support staff members (Director of Basketball Operations, Video Coordinators, Graduate Assistants, Student-Managers, etc.) in college basketball. Although we do not limit our attendees and reach to be solely that niche market, our goals are to impact that specific generation of college basketball coaches. For the past few years, RCE has become one of the most influential companies for young college basketball coaches with a Social Media following of almost 13,000 Twitter followers and thousands of copies of our Official Conference Notes being downloaded every year.
