Goucher College, a Division III member of the NCAA and Landmark Conference, seeks a graduate assistant to work in conjunction with the head men’s basketball coach in all aspects related to the operation of the men’s basketball program. The graduate assistant must successfully enroll as a full-time student in the Graduate Programs in Education (GPE) with the area of specialization in Athletic Program Leadership and Administration.

Responsibilities include working within the NCAA, Landmark Conference, and department guidelines; and assisting the head coach with day to day operations including, but not limited to: recruiting, monitoring the student athletes success and progress, organizing practice and game strategies, and film breakdown. The graduate assistant will also assist with alumnae/i relations, fundraising, community service, and team building activities; manage equipment; conduct academic monitoring; and perform other duties as assigned.
