Elon University is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Director of Men’s Basketball Operations. The successful candidate will coordinate team travel and several other team administrative functions. Demonstrate a commitment to NCAA rules compliance and adherence to NCAA regulations.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following; assist with the monitoring of student-athletes academic progress; assist with media relations for games/tournaments; assist with organizing and managing men’s basketball camps and clinics; maintain the recruiting database; oversee team travel and arrangements; scheduling of practice times and gym reservations; supervise team managers with assigned duties and responsibilities; completion of weekly compliance reports; coordination and fulfillment of video exchange and video breakdown for scouting purposes; assist with on-campus recruiting duties; attend fundraising events and community service activities upon request.
