Job Description and Duties:

• Collaborate with Head Coach and Assistant Coaches to aid in player growth and skill development

• Implementation of programs, development goals, and routines for players in and out of season

• Aid in Pre-Practice and Post-Practice Skill Development Sessions for position groups or individual players

• Assist in on-court areas of practices, drill work, scrimmages, scout team

• Aid in gameday skill preparation with players

• Aid in all video-related activities, including the coordination, management, and video analysis of practice, opponents, and game film for study, development, and scouting purposes

• Assist with University at Albany’s basketball camp (Team Camp, Kids Camp, etc.) operations, programming, and production.

• Aid with all on campus recruiting visits and other recruiting duties, film edits, recruiting follow ups, background information for prospective student athlete

• Other duties as assigned by the head coach and designated assistant coaching staff
