The mission of HiQ Basketball is to help educate youth athletes on the game of basketball but in a deeper way than just skills and drills. On top of that, we aim to connect youth athletes with higher level coaches and help with their recruiting process. Lastly, with our staff of student athlete mentors, we aim to give youth athletes a mentor experience with current college basketball players so that they can learn directly from people that they want to be like.

Part time Online Coach Position:

HiQ Basketball seeks a qualified coach with experience coaching basketball at any level. The applicant must have a passion for working with athletes and wants to grow within the basketball industry as a coach within our network. Additionally, the applicant should be eager to work and share its own network with the HiQ basketball community.

• Teach/Coach a 1 hour virtual session of a Basketball Concept
• Help brainstorm content/lesson plans for future sessions
• Meet with team of coaches as needed for training and product development
• Use network to promote HiQ Basketball to youth athletes
• Availability during Weekday nights 6-9pm
• Active communication skills with youth athletes
• Flexible Scheduling
