Quaker Internship Program Mission Statement

The Quaker Internship program offers a mutually beneficial relationship and growth opportunity for Penn Athletics and Recreation, its employees, and collegiate undergraduate and graduate students in the Philadelphia area. This program will enhance our ability to accomplish Penn’s strategic goals, recruiting top talent, and build strong relations within the community, while developing, mentoring and cross training future industry leaders. All applicants must have the ability to receive academic credit.

Internship Description

1. Capturing each practice using Keemotion technology and distributing to staff
2. Editing and clipping each practice using Synergy Sports Technology
3. Indexing playlists and edits for coaching staff & player reference
4. Maintaining a practice video database
5. Overseeing and maintaining Keemotion technology in practice facility and The Palestra
6. Downloading opponent video for upcoming games and distributing to coaches
7. Live capturing games in the Palestra and at away games
8. Uploading game video to Synergy and to coaching staff immediately after games
9. Maintaining database of recruit videos. Downloading game video and editing playlists
10. Creating video content for recruiting materials to share with prospects
11. Editing video for on- and off-campus recruiting presentations
