Responsibilities:

• The head coach will direct all aspects of the basketball program including, but not limited to, recruiting, scheduling, practice and game management, budget management, fundraising, compliance with NAIA, Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference and University rules, and promoting the academic and athletic development of student-athletes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, required. Master degree, preferred. NAIA and/or private, value-based University experience preferred.
• Multilingual skills highly preferred.
• Ability to contribute to a climate that supports a diverse student body, serves first-generation college students, multilingual learners, and contributions to equity and social justice through their work.
