Alfredo Cardona has taken over as the head men’s basketball coach at NJCAA D3 Springfield Tech. He replaces Mike Booker, who was technically the coach at the school last year, but did not coach the team (they were coached by an assistant/ interim).

Cardona has most recently been the head boy’s basketball coach at University High School of Science and Engineering in Hartford, CT. He has also worked with the CT Elite AAU program.

Booker had been the head coach at his alma mater since 2017.
