M14Hoops is a youth basketball development company founded in 2009, offering year round programming to boys and girls from K-12th grade. We respect every player’s dream whether that dream is making the “A” team or an invitation from Team USA. Approximately 97% of players who train with M14 make the high school team and we have assisted in saving families over $10 million dollars in college scholarship money. At M14, players master basketball skills and IQ as well as life lessons that extend far beyond the court. M14Hoops delivers a championship experience to our players, parents and staff. Summary of responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining and enforcing company standards utilizing the training skills you are taught.

Responsible for training basketball players, learning all players names, and setting up and breaking down court equipment. You will learn superior customer service skills. We will teach you how to effectively communicate, influence and interact with players of all ages, ranks and positions.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have played varsity basketball
• Customer service, retail /commission sales, leadership in community, social, sports or academic organizations or military leadership
• Must have an unrestricted valid driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DUI/DWI) in the past 5 years. No sexual related convictions
• Must be available to work an average of 10 hours per week.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
