Minnesota West CTC has an opening for a men’s basketball assistant coach. The assistant coach will assist the head coach with all aspects of the program in accordance with NJCAA and College rules, including but not limited to:

·      Assist with organizing, preparing and conducting workouts and practices, weight sessions, trainings and competition.

·      Manage all video edition operations and assisting the head coach with scouting reports.

·      Assists in academic monitoring of student-athletes, including grade checks and study hall supervision.

·      Plan and assist in team fundraising activities.

·      Create individual player development plans.

·      Assist in managing and maintaining all equipment essential to the program.

·      Other duties as assigned

Educational Experience:

Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred.
