Job Description/Duties: This position is responsible for creating and developing graphics and content to support the Hargrave PG Basketball program. Creative pieces will have a heavy emphasis on recruiting and overall program support, accomplishments, and brand strategy. Job duties include but are not limited to:

-Create and develop graphics/content with Photoshop and Premiere Pro for recruiting, presentations, social media, in-game content, and brand management

-Responsible for creative content and direction for PG Basketball digital media and print materials

-Assist the coaching staff with presentations for program and community relations

-Work with the coaching staff in idea development, creation, and production of graphics/videos and affiliated materials for the Hargrave PG Basketball program

Required Qualifications:

-Knowledge and skill in athletic post production, web, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

-Knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

-Knowledge of the nuances of intercollegiate athletics (particularly Men’s Basketball)

-Ability to work evenings and weekends

-Ability to produce video content through the Adobe Creative Suite

-Ability to work in a fast paced environment while managing several projects at one time

-Skill in graphic design/software in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Preferred Qualifications:

-Knowledge of Google Apps for Education (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and AfterEffects

-Photography experience

Additional responsibilities include:

-Upholding Academy/departmental brand standards with produced content

-Overseeing production of jobs to ensure quality standards are met

-Developing working relationships with outside vendors such as printers, sign/banner manufacturers, graphic reproduction companies, multi-media suppliers, etc.

-Other duties as assigned by the PG Basketball Program Director/Head Coach
