| Description: | RTS Prep is a Post Graduate Program based out of the Pittsburgh, PA area. We are hiring an Assistant Coach who will be second in command with the team under the Head Coach. Responsibilities:Help aid and run daily practice Lead pre-practice player development workoutsSit on bench / in game Coaching Operations duties with team (travel, meals, etc) Heavy College Coach networking / help place players Aid our Hoop Club (player development wing of business)Etc. We are in need of an Assistant Coach. One who is hungry to have impact and is not afraid to grind. We will play roughly 35 games. The position will be compensated with free housing and some hourly pay / work outside of the team schedule. The position will run from September 2024 through March of 2025, with the possibility of retaining the person at the end of the season. |
