TRC Academy is seeking a head coach for our post-graduate boys basketball team. Coach will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the program while also exemplifying high moral and ethical standards. Coach will be expected to foster an environment of excellence in athletics, academics, and in the community.

Responsibilities and Duties 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• developing, scheduling, and implementing practice/game plans
• coordinating travel/team events
• organization and oversight of staff duties
• film breakdown
• transportation via team bus to team events, games, practices, and weight training
• oversight of study halls, film sessions, and skill development sessions
• ensuring dormitory rules and safety precautions are enforced

Reports to: Program Director 

Required Qualifications: Two years of directly related experience, including coaching, or playing basketball at the college or professional level AND (2) two years of experience coaching basketball at the high school, college, club or equivalent level. Possess a valid drivers license. Be able to pass a criminal background check.
