NDSCS offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes single or family health insurance coverage with premiums paid for by the College – with an effective date for new employees the first of the month following the date of hire. Other benefits include basic life insurance, annual and sick leave, retirement plan, tuition waiver, spouse/dependent tuition discount, and employee assistance program. Optional benefits include life, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending account, and supplemental retirement plans.

SALARY: Starting at $50,000, commensurate with education and experience

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Physical Education, or a related field
• Head Coaching Experience at the collegiate level
• 3 years experience coaching at the collegiate level
• A commitment to upholding and building the Wildcat culture in athletics
• A commitment to building strong teams, both internally and externally
• Strong ability to recruit, both local and regional athletes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Proficient working knowledge of computer software programs and other relevant technology
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
• Collegiate recruiting experience
• Knowledge and understanding of NJCAA rules and regulations
• Fundraising experience
• Marketing experience
