Triton College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Men’s Basketball program as a Part-Time Assistant Coach. This position will support the Head Coach in all aspects of the program, helping to ensure the success of our student-athletes both on and off the court.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Recruiting and talent evaluation
• Scouting opponents and game preparation
• On-court coaching and player development
• Strength and conditioning oversight
• Coordinating team travel and logistics
• Practice and game scheduling
• Academic monitoring and support for student-athletes

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching or playing experience at the high school, college, or professional level preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A passion for mentoring and developing student-athletes
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required

Compensation:
This is a part-time position with a stipend of $7,000 for the season.
