About the Camp

The Winter 2025 Boys International Basketball Camp brings together elite international players — primarily from Australia — for 10 days of high-level training, competition, and exposure in Orlando, Florida.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head Coach to lead the Boys camp. The Head Coach will oversee all basketball operations, player development, and competitive play throughout the camp.

Responsibilities

• Lead all practices, workouts, scrimmages, and games.
• Provide instruction, feedback, and player evaluations.
• Supervise athletes both on and off the court, ensuring safety and professionalism.
• Drive the team van as needed for camp activities.
• Represent Recruiting Boost with professionalism when interacting with players, families, and partners.

Qualifications

• Former college basketball coach preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and mentor high-level athletes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Available for the full camp duration (December 11–21, 2025).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Compensation & Perks

• $2,000 stipend.
