Under Armour All-In Elite is currently seeking qualified and motivated coaches to join our Nashville-based staff. All-In Elite is the largest grassroots basketball program in the United States, with a proven track record of player development, college placement, and coach
advancement at every level of the game. All-In Elite has helped families earn over $500 million in college scholarships and boasts one
of the largest coaching trees in grassroots basketball, with coaches placed at the Division I, II, III, and NBA levels.

Coach Responsibilities
• Recruit players for the All-In Elite program
• Attend and be fully prepared for all scheduled practices and tournaments
• Promote players across social media platforms
• Actively promote players to college coaches
• Utilize the All-In Elite network to expand personal and professional connections

Coach Compensation & Benefits
