I can confirm that the men’s basketball job at NJCAA D1 Highland CC will open, as head coach Erik Walton will not be retained.
Walton was hired at HCC last spring, and led the Cougars to 14-17 record this past season. Before taking over as the head coach, Walton served as an assistant coach in the program for three seasons.
The official posting for this job should be out sometime next week.
