According to a Jon Rothstein post, Air Force is expected hire Penn State assistant Joe Crispin as their new head men’s basketball coach.
Crispin, a former standout at Penn State, has been on the Nittany Lions staff since 2023. Prior to that, he spent six seasons as the head coach at D3 Rowan where he went 114-54 (.679). During his tenure at Rowan, he captured two league championships and advanced to the 2023 NCAA D3 Sweet 16.
Following is playing career at Penn State, Crispin had stints as a player for both the Los Angeles Lakers and Phoenix Suns before embarking on a long career in Europe.
