According to multiple reports, including one from Jeff Goodman, Western Michigan is expected to hire UTRGV’s Kahil Fennell as their new head men’s basketball coach.

Fennell has spent the past two seasons as the head coach at UTRGV where he put together a 35-29 (.547) record. Prior to his time as a head coach, Fennell worked at BYU, Louisville, and Portland State.
