Drake Diener is set to depart D3 Marian University (WI) and will become the Athletic Director and Boys Basketball Head Coach at Fond du Lac High School according to KFIZ Sports Director Chuck Freimund.

Diener had spent the past eight seasons at Marian where he went 87-107 (.448). This past season, Diener’s squad went 17-11 (11-7 NACC).

Diener, who played at DePaul, will follow in the footsteps of his father, Dick Diener, who was also the head coach of the Fond du Lac boys basketball program.
