Run The Show is hiring a full time Player Development Coach.

RTS is a Player Development Company based out of Cleveland, OH and Pittsburgh, PA. Our clients include players of all ages and abilities. We operate a men’s post grad program and service NBA/FIBA agencies in providing NBA Pre-Draft and training services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on court instruction (youth to pro players) 1 on 1 & group style
• Aid company operations & logistics
• Mild administrative duties
• Direct and Assist at RTS Events & Clinics

Requirements:

• Quality on court instructor / coach
• High School Diploma
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Preferred: College / Pro Basketball Coaching Experience 
• Mandatory Basketball Background (any of the following: playing, coaching, working)
• Live / move to Cleveland, OH area
• Valid Driver’s License
• Desire for career in basketball 
• Good background check
• High energy / good spirit
• Ability to work with players of all ages
