RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include supporting the FSC Jacksonville Men’s Basketball Head Coach. This position is responsible for recruiting student-athletes, on-court instruction and development, ability to cut film, creating scouting reports, supporting the academic success of student athletes, assisting the head coach in planning and scheduling, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities may require working a flexible schedule to engage in practice and game times.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have a passion for basketball and a history of success. Experience as a player and/or coach, preferably at the college level.  Knowledge of Title IX and NJCAA regulations.  Interpersonal and public relations skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of people at all levels within the institution.
