We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach for the 2026-2027 season, with the opportunity to transition into a Graduate Assistant position for the 2027-2028 and 2028-2029 seasons. The Opportunity Career Path: Transition from a Part-Time Assistant into a multi-year Graduate Assistant role. Networking: Attend camps, showcases, and open gyms to build connections across all NCAA levels. Experience: Gain hands-on experience in recruiting, game planning, and on-court teaching. Culture: Help lead a competitive, positive program focused on student-athlete development. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruiting and identifying student-athletes. Collaborate with the head coach on practice plans and scouting. Lead on-the-court teaching and player development. Support student-athletes in their academic and personal growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Strong knowledge of NCAA rules. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
