At Lander University, a Graduate Assistant for Men’s Basketball assists with many duties of supporting and directing a Division 2 basketball team. Duties include all aspects that going into a winning program on and off the court and in the classroom.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Set up for practice and on court workouts daily.
• Assist with Player Development and individual workouts
• Reports directly to head coach and assistant coaches.
• Work alongside staff to ensure players and coaches have what they need to be successful daily.
• Organizational & Operational assistance
• Recruiting assistance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a small college setting and the ability to balance all student-athlete needs.
• Experience with Hudl + Synergy is preferred

High school and college playing experience preferred
