I have heard from great sources that NJCAA D2 Parkland College intends to promote Jimmie Daly to head basketball coach.
Daly has been on the Parkland staff for the past two seasons, and was part this year’s NJCAA D2 National Championship team. Prior to his time at Parkland, Daly worked as an assistant at NCAA D2 Rogers State and also served as a graduate assistant at his alma mater UNLV.
Daly will replace his former boss John Bowler, who departed earlier this off season for a spot on the staff at his alma mater Eastern Michigan.
An official announcement is expected shortly.
