Eastern New Mexico University is seeking a Graduate Assistant or Student Coach with a strong work ethic, a basketball background, strong problem-solving skills, and, most importantly, a desire to break into the coaching profession. Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the coaching staff with day-to-day operations on and off the court.
• Organize and maintain administrative duties related to the basketball program.
• Assist the coaching staff with recruiting.
• Assist the coaching staff with academic monitoring.
• Assist the coaching staff with scouting reports and game preparation.
• Assist the coaching staff with practice planning and player development workouts.
• Comply with all NCAA and Eastern New Mexico University policies and regulations.
