Fisher College has hired Aaron Calixte as an assistant basketball coach. Aaron is entering his first-year on staff but is well known to the New England basketball landscape. Calixte starred at Stoughton High and Lee Academy before becoming the starting point guard at the University of Maine, he finished his college career playing for the University of Oklahoma and then played professionally in Georgia, Ireland, and Sweden.

He will oversee player development for the Falcons and contribute to all aspects of the program. Head Coach Anthony Leonelli says “Anytime you can get a young talent like Aaron, its a no brainer. His playing experience on the highest of high levels will give him instant credibility with our guys and his potential is huge as he adjusts to college coaching.”

The Falcons went 17-12 last year in the NAIA and were 5th in the nation in scoring.
