Seminole State College Men’s Basketball is seeking a motivated and driven Assistant Coach to join our staff immediately. This is a true coaching position and a great opportunity for someone serious about pursuing a career in college basketball and looking to gain real, hands-on experience.
The assistant will work directly with the head coach and be heavily involved in all aspects of the program, including on-court coaching, individual player development, recruiting and evaluations, opponent scouting, film breakdown, scouting reports, game planning, academic monitoring, team operations, and other duties involved in running the program.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is dependable, energetic, willing to take ownership, connects well with players, and wants to grow as a coach. Previous experience as a college basketball player, coach, graduate assistant, student manager, or in another basketball-related role is preferred.
On-campus housing is provided and includes Resident Assistant responsibilities.
