Prolific Prep is looking to hire a Director of Basketball Intelligence immediately for the 2026–27 season.

This is a basketball support staff position, not an assistant coaching position.

Our last two people in this role have gone on to positions in the SEC and NBA G League.

We are looking for someone who wants to be fully immersed in a high-level basketball program, grow in the profession and contribute in a variety of areas throughout the season.

Candidates should have a strong basketball background, with experience in video and/or playing experience at the college or professional level preferred.

The position will work closely with our coaching staff and players, assisting with Artificial Intelligence, video, scouting, preparation, player development and other areas of the program.

Our current staff member recently accepted a position in the NBA G League, so we are looking to fill this position immediately and will move quickly through the hiring process.

Interested candidates must email [email protected] with a resume and letter of interest.
