Marking his 250th career win, Coach Michael Grant walked off the court a happy man. With a smile on his face, he walked off the court underneath the scoreboard that read Stillman 105, Miles College 82, at Birthright Alumni Hall on Monday night.
"I think it’s a milestone that a lot of coaches try to reach," Grant said. "You know the 100th, 150th, 200th and then 250th. It means with 250th wins I’ve been coaching for a long time. I’m proud of the way our guys responded and helped us to win this game. I can’t say that coaching helps us to get to 250 wins; it’s the players. We’ve just been very fortunate to have very good players."
Hitting triple digits on this special day, Grant said he was proud of his team for all its hard work.
