As an assistant under Tim Ryan from 2008-2013 at the College of Central Florida, Arias helped coach the team to the their eighth consecutive trip to the Region VIII tournament where they claimed the region title before going on to win the 2013 NJCAA National Championship.

Campbell is returning to his alma mater after having graduated from Paine College in 2012. As a Lion, Campbell played point guard, shooting guard and small and power forward after transferring to Paine following two years at Itawamba Community College. The Jackson, Tenn., native recently spent time as an assistant coach at Newberry College where some of his main responsibilities included managing the offense and handling recruiting. Under Campbell, Newberry was ranked No. 4 in scoring.

From 2009-20012, Campbell also spent time as a head coach with Team Power and the Southern Kings through the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU).
