Andrew Baker has been named the new Head Men’s Basketball Coach at Mount Marty College. Baker will be the 8th Head Coach in Lancer history, succeeding Jim Thorson, who resigned recently after leading the program the last 18 years.

Previous to assisting the Lancer men’s program the past two years, Baker served as a coach for Thornton High School and has worked at the Basketball Skills Academy in Westminster, CO. Baker graduated from Johnson and Wales University, where he was named an NAIA All-American and was the Conference Player of the Year.
