Former Wofford basketball standout Cameron Rundles will be returning to the team this fall as an assistant coach on Mike Young’s staff. Rundles led the Terriers to back-to-back Southern Conference championships in his two seasons at Wofford.

Last season Rundles played professionally with the Leicester Riders of the British Basketball League. He led the team with 19.3 points per game along with 4.3 assists, 3.7 rebounds and 1.0 steal per game.

A native of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Rundles graduated from Wofford in 2011. He finished his career with 706 points in only two seasons. During his senior season he was eleventh in the SoCon in scoring, tenth in minutes played and fifth in three pointers made. He was voted third team All-Southern Conference by the media.

He also earned spots on the 2010 and 2011 SoCon All-Tournament Teams. The Terriers won the Southern Conference Tournament Championship in both 2010 and 2011, reaching the NCAA Tournament for the first time in school history.

Rundles replaces Shane Nichols on the coaching staff, who accepted a position at Niagara earlier this month.
