According to multiple sources, Nevada head coach David Carter was released following the Wolfpack’s Mountain West tourney loss tonight. Carter just wrapped up his sixth season as the head coach at Nevada (9-22 in 2015) – he was an assistant at Nevada for ten years before taking over as the head coach in 2009. He finishes his tenure with a 98-97 record. More on this as it becomes official.
