University of Cincinnati men’s basketball head coach Mick Cronin will not coach Tuesday at NC State for medical reasons. Associate head coach Larry Davis will continue to lead the team in Cronin’s absence. Cronin previously missed games vs. VCU and Wagner as he deals with medical issues stemming from an unruptured aneurysm. There is no update on his status going forward.
