According to a great source, Illinois state associate head coach Dana Ford is the leader for the vacant job at Tennessee State. Ford is a former TSU assistant (2009-11) and has been on the staff at his alma mater for the past two seasons. Before joining the ISU staff, he worked as an assistant to Gregg Marshall at Wichita State. The official announcement is expected any day.
