Northern Arizona Men’s Basketball to Host the 2nd Annual Lumberjacks Basketball Coaches Clinic
The 2nd Annual Lumberjacks Coaches Clinic features on-court demonstrations as well as chalk talk sessions from some of the top coaches from the NBA and collegiate ranks.
Among the coaches that spoke at last year’s clinic were George Karl (Denver Nuggets), Josh Pastner (Memphis), Mike Dunlap (Charlotte Bobcats), Noel Gillespie (Phoenix Suns), and James Whitford (Ball State). This year’s lineup is as follows:

From Coach Jack Murphy (Northern Arizona): "I think it is important that coaches from around the country have a chance to visit Northern Arizona. It is a great time to visit and talk a little hoops. I have been fortunate in my career to be around some great coaches and have some great friends in the business. They are coming together to support what we are trying to build here at NAU. They are giving back to me on a personal level, but I think they are giving back to all the coaches who will attend as well. We all have a passion for the game of basketball and it is conveyed in many different ways. When we all congregate together is when real learning and sharing gets done."
