Multiple sources have told me that former NBA head coach and GM Jeff Bower is the choice at Marist. We first reported his involvement at Marist last week (http://hoopdirt.com/blog/4b8a66b6/daily-dirt-4-4-13/…). According to my sources, Norfolk State head coach Anthony Evans was #2, and Davidson’s Jim Fox was #3.

Bower served as an assistant at Marist from 1986-1995 – he and AD current Marist AD Tim Murray were on the staff together for three seasons. More on this when it becomes official.
