I mentioned earlier in the week that change was coming at Furman…looks like it has now happened. Two sources confirmed what I had heard earlier – Jeff Jackson has indeed resigned as the head coach. He went 7-24 this past season, and 85-131 in his seven seasons at the helm. My boots on the ground in Greenville tell me that the official announcement will come before noon today.
