Two separate sources have now confirmed with me that Georgia Southern has fired head coach Charlton C.Y. Young. In four seasons at GSU, young went 43-84 (14-19 this season). He is a Georgia Southern alum who was previously an assistant at Auburn. More on this as it develops.
